Ashoka Generation Changemaker

Co-Led by Stephanie Cox and the Ashoka Austria team, Generation Changemaker (GenC) is one of Ashoka’s leading European youth programs for young people who are already creating positive change in their communities. The program brings together changemakers aged 14 to 24 and connects them across countries and sectors. It provides them with a community, visibility, and opportunities to learn from one another, build confidence and increase their impact. 

Why We Support Generation Changemaker

We support Generation Changemaker because we believe that the ability to create change should be nurtured early. The program encourages young people to take initiative, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and turn ideas into action. By helping participants identify problems, build solutions, and create real-world impact, Generation Changemaker fosters the confidence, agency, and entrepreneurial spirit needed to shape the future. Through its European network, it also connects young changemakers with peers who share the ambition to build a better society.
