Our approach is people-first: we back GPs the same way we back founders - with strong conviction in the individuals behind the vision. We see geographic diversification as a strength and intentionally back managers in differentiated ecosystems as well as different verticals.

Hansi was one of our very first believers - committing to Fund F at a moment when little more than a thesis and our track record from Female Founders existed. That early conviction mattered enormously, and it set the tone for the kind of LP relationships we have built since.
